ISO 9001:2000
ISO Limited has achieved ISO 9001:2000 compliance accreditation with Telarc, NZ.
The successful history of ISO's dedication to quality is born out in our growth as a company and the dedication and loyalty of our customers over a decade of operations. ISO remains willing and ready to learn and adapt to enhance its quality to deliver "excellence though innovation". This flexibility to learn, innovate and adapt is core to our company culture. How do we achieve this flexibility and maintain consistency of quality operations?
ISO ensures a quality work flow process is delivered to its customers. This commitment has been formalised in our ISO 9001:2000 Telarc certification and evident in the standard of services and solutions we deliver to our customers, including our operational documentation we have created to date.
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is based on the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Systems for production, installation and servicing. Our Company Quality Manual is designed to satisfy each element of this ISO 9001 2000 policy framework.
Our recorded ISO9001:2000 processes produce a high degree of consistency. By using the ISO9001:2000 methodology to create controlled consistency, we therefore believe we can offer consistent quality, without losing the flexibility to adapt, change and innovate as we propose or our customers require.
How do we do this? Our Company Operations Manual establishes what needs to be done to satisfy each element of the Company Quality Manual. This Operations Manual is inclusive of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which explains individual jobs, tasks and operations for all work processes undertaken by our personnel and its main skilled supervision and personnel contractor, New Zealand Associates Limited (NZAL).
Company documentation is controlled through issuing procedures for manuals, and a requirement for authorisation of changes. Specific delegated authority from the ISO Chief Executive for the implementation of changes is in place and strictly observed.
Training is conducted in SOP by ISO and NZAL personnel. Both internal and external auditing is conducted to monitor, and assess compliance to SOP and the Company Operations Manual. Our systems can therefore offer our customers a consistent quality approach in everything we do for them.
