The successful history of ISO's dedication to quality is born out in our growth as a company and the dedication and loyalty of our customers over fifteen years of operations. ISO remains willing and ready to learn and adapt its operations to enhance its quality of service and to deliver "Excellence through Innovation". This flexibility to learn, innovate and adapt is core to our company culture.

ISO’s Quality Management System (QMS) is based on the ISO 9001 Quality Systems for production, installation and servicing. ISO standards are recognised in over 160 countries, including all of New Zealand’s major trading partners.

ISO Limited has been assessed by Telarc SAI Limited, New Zealand’s most recognised and longest established certification body, and been found to be operating a management system conforming to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008. This formal certification of our system demonstrates our commitment to quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.

ISO’s Company Quality Manual is designed to satisfy each element of the ISO 9001 policy framework which ensures that a quality work flow process is delivered to our customers. This commitment is evident in the standard of services and solutions we deliver to our customers, including the operational documentation we have created to date. To maintain customer confidence in the effectiveness of our system Telarc conducts regular reviews of our management system for compliance to standards.

Our recorded processes produce a high degree of consistency. By using the ISO 9001 methodology we believe we can offer consistent quality, without losing the flexibility to adapt, change and innovate as we propose or our customers require.

Our Company Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Training Modules establish what needs to be done to satisfy each element of the Company Quality Manual. The SOP and Training Modules explain individual jobs, tasks and operations for all work processes undertaken by our personnel and its main skilled supervision and personnel contractor, New Zealand Associates Limited (NZAL).

Company documentation is available to staff via the ISO Intranet and controlled through the Quality Manager and a requirement for authorisation to change. Specific delegated authority from the ISO Chief Executive for the implementation of change is in place and strictly observed.

Training is conducted in SOP by ISO and NZAL personnel. NZAL has two NZQA qualified assessors who oversee operational training. Both internal and external auditing is conducted to monitor and assess compliance to SOP and the Company Quality Manual. Our systems can therefore provide our customers with confidence that our business has an effective management system in place and that it works.

ISO is also a corporate member of the New Zealand Organisation for Quality (NZOQ), a professional society dedicated to providing leadership in the adoption of the principles of quality management and best practice in New Zealand.
